As the New Year kicks off with a bang, Dubai eagerly awaits the arrival of the UK leading Thai restaurant business Busaba Eathai, set to open at THE BEACH opposite JBR in the first quarter of 2015. Known for its exquisite but not over priced Thai delicacies, the franchise founded by the king of restaurants Alan Yau (creator of Hakkasan, Wagamama & Yauatcha to name a few) plans a series of openings in the Middle East after partnering with the Al Mana Group.
Busaba is a Thai flower. Eathai is a fusion of the words eat and Thai. Differing from formal dining establishments, Eathai represents a Thai casual dining venue, offering a one-course dining experience devised to feed you with minimal fuss. Founded in London in 1999, there are now over ten branches in the city and continuous plans to expand.
The site is located in the new, prestigious retail development ‘The Beach’, part of Jumeirah Beach Residences. Busaba Eathai at The Beach will be over 5,000 square feet, across two floors complete with terrace and an impressive beach view.
