Pat McGrath the hot tamale, rule-breaking, trend-setting, make-up maestro has a portfolio that includes make-up direction at Milan, Paris, London and New York fashion weeks for all the most important fashion brands including Gucci, Givenchy, Prada, Valentino, plus a trés casual side gig as Global Beauty Director for Proctor and Gamble’s Covergirl and Max Factor. #killingit
Known for her incredible artistic vision and creative genius, McGrath finally founded her eponymous make-up range Pat McGrath Labs in 2015 with the launch of pigment Gold 001, which went to platinum record status within minutes of its debut. Since then McGrath has only released limited edition collections (which go bananas and immediately sell out) until now…
Drumroll please… Fashionista reports McGrath is, “…finally launching the first permanent range in her line, Pat McGrath Labs,” which will cover all face bases from eyes to lips and back again. The range will number a whopping 61-pieces and draws on her 25 years ruling the make-up industry.
According to Fashionista, McGrath said, “I am unlocking the history of my 25-year career and exploring the artistry and alchemy that has defined my work and revolutionized the runway, red carpet and editorial for decades.”
The new, permanent range is wittily named The Pat McGrath Labs Unlimited Edition with hero products including three eye palettes each featuring 10 eyeshadows in neutral hues and sparkly metallics, plus a 31-strong line up of lipsticks called ‘LuxeTrance’ that will deliver seriously stunning, intense pigment. Credit cards at the ready people!
The Pat McGrath Labs Unlimited Edition launches on September 16 on www.patmcgrath.com
