A core component of the Crème Fraîche® de Beauté formulas from the very beginning, the Botanical Milks are derived using differentiated extraction of the water-soluble (aqueous) and fat-soluble (oily) parts of the plant. These two fractions are then emulsified to obtain a mixture consisting of a botanical milk concentrating all of the plant’s active molecules. NUXE has combined Acacia, Blonde Pea, Green Tea, Almond, Oat, Coconut and Soya Milks, each of which has a uniquely rich composition providing moisturizing and softening benefits.
This innovative active ingredient is a high-technology extract obtained from a Red Algae from the Baltic Sea (Furcellaria Lumbricalis). The first step involves extracting a sugar from the red algae, which is then fragmented using an innovative and completely environmentally friendly process – part of a “sustainable development” approach designed to allow controlled management of production energies and avoid the generation of polluting waste. The Red Algae sugar is then rehydrated in a solution enriched with marine salts. This final addition of trace elements gives the molecule a structure close to that of Hyaluronic Acid, allowing it to capture water at the heart of the skin.
