The brilliant Michael Kors is dedicating the entire month of October to fighting global hunger one meal at a time through the brand’s campaign ‘Watch Hunger Stop,’ which features actress, author, entrepreneur and humanitarian Kate Hudson. Partnering with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), Michael Kors is hoping to raise funds and awareness for WFP’s life-changing ‘School Meals Program.’

A limited edition ‘Watch Stop Hunger’ collection will be launched, and as per previous years, Michael Kors will donate 100 meals to starving children in need for every item sold. This year the collection features the newly-launched Michael Kors Access Sofie touchscreen smartwatch which retails for $395, which we must warn, comes with a highly addictive feature that allows the user to link to his or her Instagram or Facebook directly to their smartwatch. Michael Kors best-selling Lon aviator sunglasses in cobalt blue are also part of the special collection.

Now in its fifth year, ‘Watch Hunger Stop’ raises funds and awareness for global hunger year-round, with the goal to one day achieve a world with zero hunger.

The special edition ‘Watch Hunger Stop’ collection will be sold exclusively in select Michael Kors stores worldwide and online at through March 31, 2018. For each purchase of these ‘Watch Hunger Stop’ items, Michael Kors will donate US $25 (equal to 100 meals) to WFP, up to 1,000,000 meals.
