France’s first major homage to Oscar Wilde is set to be unveiled at Le Petit Palais in Paris at the end of September. Titled Oscar Wilde: L’Impertinent Absolu, the exhibit will focus on both the writer’s personal life and his impressive repertoire of literary masterpieces. Among the 200-plus items on show will be photographs, painted portraits, personal items, and the original manuscript for Wilde’s 1893 tragedy, Salome—which was originally published in French.

Oscar Wilde: L’Impertinent Absolu” runs from September 28th to January 15, 2017 at Le Petit Palais on Avenue Winston-Churchill in Paris.
